Vineetha Rathnayake is the President and founder of the company having over 30 years of experience in land surveying and the engineering field. She started her career as a Government (Land) Surveyor in the Surveyor General's Department, Sri Lanka, and is also a registered licensed surveyor in Sri Lanka. In 2011, she commissioned as an Ontario Land Surveyor (Cadastral) and then worked as a project surveyor and Project Manager in land survey companies. She is currently running KAD Lanka Surveying Inc.

Sahan Kadirage holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Ontario Tech University. He joined KAD Lanka Surveying Inc. in 2021 and progressed from articling surveyor to professional licensure, now playing a key role in project delivery, client coordination, and quality assurance. He provides surveying services across both provincial and federal jurisdictions, supporting development, infrastructure, and construction projects while contributing to the firm's growth and commitment to technical excellence.

Kamal Kadirage serves as Operations Manager at KAD Lanka Surveying Inc., bringing over 35 years of experience in land and tunnel surveying, and engineering operations. He began his career as a Government Land Surveyor with Sri Lanka's Surveyor General's Department and later held senior supervisory and management roles within major construction and infrastructure organizations. In his current role, he oversees field operations, crew coordination, and project execution, ensuring efficient workflows, strong safety standards, and high-quality surveying services.

KAD Lanka Surveying Inc. is supported by a highly skilled technical team consisting of experienced Party Chiefs, Draftspersons, Survey Technicians, and Survey Assistants who collectively bring extensive field and office expertise to every project. Our personnel possess strong backgrounds in cadastral, construction, topographic, and infrastructure surveying across both public and private sector projects.
The technical team is proficient in modern survey instrumentation, GNSS technology, robotic total stations, digital data collection, and advanced CAD drafting platforms. Through continuous professional development and hands-on project experience, the team maintains current knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and evolving survey technologies.
